Information that you provide using this website
We gather customer information needed to provide you with the Connected Services, communicate offers on products and services that we believe will be of interest to you and to administer our business. We do not collect any Personal Information about you through the Websites unless you choose to provide it to us voluntarily. Information collected or transmitted by the Sensors
The Sensors collect information on appliance use for each appliance they are plugged into and transmits that information to us using an independent third party cellular data service.
Technical information from the Sensors:
In order to improve your experience over time and help troubleshoot any problem you may encounter with the Sensors, we record the model and serial number of each Sensor, software version, and technical information.
Use and sharing of information
If you do provide us with Personal Information using the Connected Services, we will use the information in accordance with any purpose described where such information is collected (if such purpose is described), and we will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of Company or its affiliates unless (1) you expressly authorize us to do so, (2) it is necessary to allow our service providers or agents to provide services for us, (3) it is necessary in order to provide our products or services to you, (4) it is disclosed to entities that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other entities with whom we have joint marketing agreements, (5) it is necessary in connection with the purchase of a new subsidiary or business unit by the Company, (6) it is necessary in connection with a sale of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company or the merger of the Company into another entity or any consolidation, share exchange, combination, reorganization, or like transaction in which the Company is not the survivor, or (7) otherwise as we are required or permitted by law.

Your explicit consent and authorization will be required for this interface, and will be revocable by you at any time.
Our service technicians and other Company employees may have supervised access to your information so they can answer your questions if you contact us for help and so they can monitor our servers for technical problems.
We may share your aggregated and anonymous information in a variety of ways, including to publish trends about appliance use and trends, to help third parties provide services that may be of interest and to generally improve our system. If we share such information, we will ensure that steps are taken to ensure that the information cannot be linked back to you and we require our partners to keep all information in its anonymous form.
